AUTOMATIC CREATION OF PROGRESS NOTES:

S & S Connect® HITS™ enhances the Encounter Management with automatic generation of SOAP Notes i.e. Progress Notes. These notes include templates, sections, Question Groups, Questions etc asking the patient about the complaints subjectively and objectively. It then stores the diagnosed disease and the resulting prescribed medications and Lab test in its Assessment and Plan section. These SOAP Notes are created very dynamically on the chief complaint the patient has for the visit.
SOAP Notes once created for a patient will always remain in patient’s history for later references.
