S & S Connect provides integration and customization for deployment of value-added services on the popular service delivery platforms and standard application platforms.

S & S Connect has working knowledge in implementing value-added services such as, presence and availability management, instant messaging, push-to-talk mobile notification and ring tone distribution. In addition, S & S Connect also has working experience in the implementation of message delivery functions in the context of value-added services.


Telecom network management solutions:

Management methodologies defined by the standardization bodies and working groups such as ITU-T, ETSI and Bellcore, TMF and OMG guides the implementation of BSS and OSS . S & S Connect has exposure, expertise, methodologies and alliances to help bring out the best–of-the-breed solutions to its customers in all the levels of telecommunication management network. We are familiar with management reference models around OSI (CMIP), CORBA and Internet management (SNMP). S & S Connect provides effective solutions to help its customers build customized and optimized solutions in the areas of element, network, service and business management.

S & S Connect can also help customers migrate the management solutions from legacy OSSs to next generation OSSs using common off-the-shelf tools, open-source solutions and custom-built solutions.


Telecom account management solutions:

S & S Connect has exposure in all the processes involved in billing in the context of PSTN, PLMN and IP multimedia-based services (IMS) through engagements with its customers working in the telecom domain.

S & S Connect has exposure in working with next generation wire-line, wireless telecommunications OEMs and service providers. These use Automatic Message Accounting (AMA) processes to perform the usage metering function needed for accounting management.
